PrzeglÄ…d Mody
The German illustrated magazine Modenschau was an internationally published magazine, which was also published in Austria, France, Hungary and some other countries. In Poland, the magazine was launched with the title "PrzeglÄ…d Mody." The Polish National Library has published online almost all issues from 1927 to 1939.
Sport im Bild / Der Silberspiegel
The German magazine Sport im Bild first started out in 1897 as a sheet for sports reporting. After World War I, it increasingly developed into a "good society journal" with articles on fashion and elegant lifestyles.
In 1934, the magazine was renamed Der Silberspiegel.
Wiener Perfekt Mode
The fashion magazine Wiener Perfekt Mode was published by Perfekt-Verlag in Vienna between 1918 and 1940. The magazine presented the latest fashion on partially colored pages similar to the magazine Modenschau, however without editorial content.

Richly illustrated thanks to the rapid development of press photography, these little booklets provided diverting entertainment for a wide audience.
Les Modes
In 1901, the French publication Les Modes was the first magazine to make excessive use of photography in its fashion coverage and was considered the high-end fashion publication of the time.
The magazine increasingly lost touch with the zeitgeist, which ultimately contributed to its discontinuation in 1937.
